A diagnosis of dementia can prove challenging for individuals and their

families, that is why we at All Care Plus realise and promote person

centred care specifically targeted for the individual with the condition.

 

We at All Care Plus understand the difficulties that can be faced, such as

deteriorating capacity, struggles with mobility, as well as disorientation and

unpredictable and changeable moods and behaviours.

 

Our staff receive extensive on-site and on-going training which enables them to support loved ones to remain in their own homes surrounded by happy and cherished memories.

The support required can vary but staff knowledge enables them to look beyond the dementia and see the uniqueness of each individual that they support. We work with the families and the individuals to provide care that is specific to their needs taking into account the past experiences and interest which has made that person who they are.
